根据发表在2009年12月一期《生物科学国际期刊》上的研究,三种孟山都公司的转基因玉米能让老鼠的肝脏、肾脏和其它器官受损。三种转基因玉米品种,一种设计能抗广谱除草剂(即所谓的Roundup-ready),另外两种含有细菌衍生蛋白质,具有杀虫剂特性。这项研究利用了孟山都自己的原始数据。

细胞周期与胚乳发育的关系,涉及到的基因是CycB1;1。缺失正常的该基因导致胚异常增大,原因是细胞周期紊乱、导致不正常有丝分裂、导致细胞增大(而不是增多)。做了表达模式 & Genome-wide transcriptional profiling。

貌似和这篇Plant Physiol文章是类似内容(点我),作者好象也有 一个相同。PP那篇文章搞的是两个OsHKT2在异源系统表达的特性,这篇文章主要研究的是拟南芥、水稻和玉米里面的class I HKT,以及这种转运子对于体内钠钾平衡的作用。

MaJF文章挺多哦。镉(Cd)在谷粒中的积累影响到粮食安全问题,该文用籼稻品种Anjana Dhan(较多积累镉)和日本晴为材料。(1)生理方面:日本晴虽然吸收的Cd比较多,但向上运输和积累得少。(2)遗传方面:F2检测QTL,Chr7发现一个可以解释85.6%表型变异的QTL,定位到1.9cM……静候下篇大作了。
